L’edificio oggetto di intervento è sito nel Comune di Perugia in Via XIV Settembre ed è di proprietà dell’Azienda USL Umbria n. 1. Si sviluppa su tre piani fuori terra, un piano sottotetto e due piani seminterrati ed è destinato ad uffici amministrativi, servizi sanitari, laboratori medici e studi medici. Al terzo piano è posta la COT. Poiché il fabbricato possiede più di 70 anni di edificazione, è classificato come un bene culturale e pertanto l’intervento è soggetto ad autorizzazione del Ministero dei beni e delle attività culturali e del turismo. Gli interventi previsti dal progetto sono volti al recupero complessivo dell’edificio, al miglioramento sismico dello stesso ed al miglioramento dell’efficienza energetica, della funzionalità, oltre alla ridistribuzione degli spazi, ad adeguare e facilitare l’accessibilità e garantire il corretto stato di manutenzione.

The building subject to the intervention is located in the Municipality of Perugia in Via XIV Settembre and is owned by the "Azienda USL Umbria n. 1". It is spread over three floors above ground, an attic floor and two basement floors and is intended for administrative offices, health services, medical laboratories and medical practices. Considering that the building was built more than 70 years ago, it is classified as a cultural asset and therefore the intervention is subject to authorization from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism. The interventions envisaged by the project are aimed at the overall recovery of the building, at its seismic improvement and at improving energy efficiency, functionality, as well as the redistribution of spaces, adapting and facilitating accessibility and ensuring the correct state of maintenance .
