L’immobile ubicato nel Comune di Umbertide, in Largo Cimabue, è stato realizzato negli anni 2000/2001 ed ha una caratteristica forma planimetrica a settore di corona circolare ed è diviso in due ali da un caratteristico corpo scala centrale di forma circolare.
L’immobile si trova in un’area ben servita dai servizi pubblici e risulta facilmente accessibile per la comunità di riferimento.
La struttura, già sede del Centro di Salute, presenta una distribuzione funzionale e una dotazione impiantistica dei locali già adatta ad ospitare ambulatori e studi medici, per assolvere alle funzioni previste dalle Case della Comunità, secondo il DM77/2022. 
L’intervento, pertanto, prevede piccole opere edili necessarie per soddisfare le esigenze funzionali e sanitarie proprie di una Casa della Comunità quali demolizioni di partizioni interne e realizzazioni di nuove tramezzature, posa di nuovi infissi ed piccole opere di finitura, ma soprattutto opere di adeguamento antincendio della struttura, che consistono principalmente nell’ installazione di un impianto di rivelazione e allarme incendi e di un impianto di diffusione sonora per la gestione delle emergenze (impianto EVAC).

The building, located in the Municipality of Umbertide, in Largo Cimabue, was constructed in 2000/2001 and has a characteristic floor plan shape resembling a sector of a circular crown. It is divided into two wings by a distinctive central staircase, which is circular in shape.
The property is located in an area well-served by public utilities and is easily accessible for the local community.
The structure, previously the headquarters of the Health Center, has a functional layout and an existing facility suitable for hosting medical offices and clinics, in order to fulfill the functions required by the Community Health Houses, according to DM77/2022.
The intervention, therefore, involves small construction works necessary to meet the functional and healthcare needs of a Community Health House, such as the demolition of internal partitions, the construction of new partition walls, the installation of new windows, and minor finishing works. Most importantly, the intervention includes fire safety upgrades to the structure, primarily consisting of the installation of a fire detection and alarm system and a sound diffusion system for emergency management (EVAC system)
