L’Azienda USL Umbria 2 ha individuato gli interventi da comprendere nel PNRR, M6.C2 – 1.1.2, della Regione Umbria, con l’obiettivo di sostituire le grandi apparecchiature sanitarie in utilizzo nelle varie strutture aziendali. Il criterio con cui sono state individuate le apparecchiature da sostituire, si è basato sull’analisi dello stato di obsolescenza (collaudo antecedente al 2008) del parco grandi apparecchiature in dotazione, a partire dalle classi tecnologiche indicate dal Ministero. L'intervento prevedeva inizialmente la sostituzione dello Stativo con teleradiografo collaudato nel 2006, in uso presso l’U.O. Radiologia dell’Ospedale di Amelia, con un nuovo Sistema polifunzionale per radiologia digitale diretta (DR). Successivamente, come da rimodulazione di cui alla DGR n.576/2024, si è determinato di destinare il polifunzionale modello Samsung GC 85 all'Ospedale di Norcia. L'apparecchiatura sostituita sarà smontata e smaltita. Le attività necessarie per l’installazione dei macchinari saranno effettuate dalla Ditta incaricata della Ristrutturazione post-sisma dell’Ospedale, mentre i costi delle spese tecniche sono finanziati con fondi PNRR.

The USL Umbria 2 healthcare company has identified interventions to be included in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), M6.C2 – 1.1.2, of the Umbria Region, with the aim of replacing large medical equipment in use at various company facilities. The selection of equipment to be replaced was based on an analysis of the obsolescence status (with testing conducted before 2008) of the large equipment fleet, following the technology classes indicated by the Ministry. The intervention initially included the replacement of the radiographic stand with a tele-radiography system tested in 2006, currently in use at the Radiology Unit of the Amelia Hospital, with a new multifunctional system for direct digital radiography (DR). Subsequently, according to the reallocation outlined in DGR n.576/2024, it was determined that the multifunctional system model Samsung GC 85 would be designated for the Norcia Hospital. The replaced equipment will be dismantled and disposed of. The activities necessary for the installation of the machinery will be carried out by the company responsible for the post-earthquake renovation of the hospital, while the costs of the technical expenses will be funded by NRRP funds.

L’Azienda USL Umbria 2 ha individuato gli interventi da comprendere nel PNRR, M6.C2 – 1.1.2, della Regione Umbria, con l’obiettivo di sostituire le grandi apparecchiature sanitarie in utilizzo nelle varie strutture aziendali. Il criterio con cui sono state individuate le apparecchiature da sostituire, si è basato sull’analisi dello stato di obsolescenza (collaudo antecedente al 2008) del parco grandi apparecchiature in dotazione, a partire dalle classi tecnologiche indicate dal Ministero. Si rende pertanto necessaria la sostituzione del Telecomandato collaudato nel 2005, in uso presso la U.O. Radiologia dell’Ospedale di Norcia con un nuovo Telecomandato digitale per esami di reparto, modello Opera Sharp T90 SHX/8. La sostituzione dell’apparecchiatura, comprensiva di alcuni accessori necessari al corretto e completo funzionamento è interamente finanziata con fondi PNRR e necessita di lavori accessori, finanziati con fondi PNRR. L'apparecchiatura sostituita sarà smontata e smaltita. Le attività necessarie per l’installazione dei macchinari saranno effettuate dalla Ditta incaricata della Ristrutturazione post-sisma dell’Ospedale, mentre i costi delle spese tecniche sono finanziati con fondi PNRR.

The criteria for selecting the equipment to be replaced were based on an analysis of the obsolescence status (testing conducted before 2008) of the existing fleet of large equipment, following the technology classes indicated by the Ministry. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the remote-controlled device tested in 2005, currently in use at the Radiology Unit of the Hospital of Norcia, with a new digital remote-controlled device for departmental exams, model Opera Sharp T90 SHX/8. The replacement of the equipment, including some necessary accessories for proper and complete functioning, is entirely funded by NRRP funds and requires additional works, also financed by NRRP funds. The replaced equipment will be dismantled and disposed of. The activities necessary for the installation of the machinery will be carried out by the company responsible for the post-earthquake restructuring of the hospital, while the costs of technical expenses are funded by NRRP funds.
